うきよの台所とは
江戸風キッチンスタジオ「うきよの台所 —Ukiyo’s Kitchen—」は、
時代小説家で江戸料理文化研究家の車 浮代（くるま うきよ）が代表を務める、
江戸料理文化研究所が運営するレンタルスタジオです。
国立埼玉大学の近くに「うきよの台所」はあります。
ドアを入った瞬間、まるで江戸時代にタイムトリップしたような、驚きの空間が出現します。
料理撮影以外にも、各種教室やお茶会、コスプレ撮影など、お気軽にご利用ください。

“Ukiyo’s Kitchen” is an Edo-style rental kitchen studio run by the Edo Culinary Culture Research Institute and headed by Ukiyo Kuruma.
Ukiyo is a historical novelist with a deep knowledge of Ukiyo-e and a researcher of Edo culinary culture.Located near the National Saitama University in Sakura-ku,Saitama City.The moment you enter the door, a surprising space appears, as if you have travelled back in time to the Edo period.
In addition to food photography, feel free to use the space for various classes, tea parties, cosplay photography, etc.
